Delightful development for Tynemouth’s debut site
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been appointed contractors for the development of the 53-bedroom former Park Hotel, owned by The Inn Collection Group. This building is located in the Tynemouth area, near Longsands beach.
The Tynemouth building is planned to become a family-friendly pub with rooms available, and adding an additional 20 rooms from a previously unused area. We hope to develop these rooms to have a beautiful view of the sea, as well as ground floor suites which are dog-friendly.
In addition, there are plans in place for an ice cream parlour, fish and chips takeaway, as well as outdoor seating areas and terraces, so visitors can truly embrace the sea views along Longsands beach.
This development is expected to take 11 months to complete – hopefully, everything will be done by next summer so everyone can enjoy a drink by the beach!
