Responsibilities will include ensuring projects can be completed to the highest standards within the constraints of time and budget, assessing various factors to mitigate risk, taking care of all aspects of administration and compliance relating to the design, leading all design and architectural aspects of the project, assessing physical characteristics of projects, evaluating proposed designs, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting with cost estimates and evaluating return on investment to ensure project viability
