Responsibilities will include producing detailed cost estimates, inclusive of in-house bills of quantities for D&B projects, autonomously across varied sectors and managing pre-qualification, quality and pre-bid submissions. The candidate will need to have in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials and industry best practice and be proficient in Causeway or similar estimating packages. The ideal person will have experience pricing projects autonomously for both single and two-stage tenders. Benefits include car allowance and 33 days a year of annual leave.
