Full Refurbishment of Lookers VW Dealership
Teesside, UKA bespoke solution for a fully branded North East showroom.
In March 2021, we began work on the £1.9 refurbishment of the offices, showroom and workshop areas of Lookers Volkswagen Teesside.
This refurbishment project had an extended programme period due to the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. These supply chain issues were an unavoidable industry-wide problem throughout the year.
The dealership remained fully operational during the works which required detailed coordination, the establishment of temporary work and sales areas and client decants in order to support the build and ensure minimum disruption to daily operations.
The refurbishment project was completed in March 2022.

A complete refurbishment project
The showroom and workshop were fully refurbished together with back-of-house facilities.
The existing facilities were stripped out and reverted back to shell state. New mechanical and electrical systems were installed and our team created new partitions and dry lining. New floors and ceilings were also instated. Every aspect of this extensive refurbishment project was completed to the highest standard for a quality finish.
